Avoid sharing content unrelated to event planning or that detracts from the platform's intended use.
a) Obtain Explicit Consent:
Only message guests who have clearly agreed to receive communication via WhatsApp. Sending unsolicited or unexpected messages increases the chances of being reported and blocked.
b) Gradually Increase Message Volume:
Avoid sudden spikes in bulk messaging. Ramp up activity slowly and space messages out over time to avoid triggering spam detection.
c) Personalize and Customize Messages:
WhatsApp favours relevant, humanized communication. Use Planorama's personalization features—such as guest names or event-specific details—to craft messages that feel individual and authentic.
d) Limit Excessive Promotions:
Stick to event-relevant updates only. Avoid overly commercial language, repetitive links, or promotional spam, as these may be flagged by WhatsApp algorithms.
e) Avoid Spam-Like Content:
Don't send messages with excessive emojis, symbols, or irrelevant media. Keep messages concise, helpful, and on-topic.
f) Use Scheduled Messaging:
Leverage Planorama's scheduling tools to spread messages out over time. This reduces delivery spikes and helps maintain account credibility.
g) Encourage Two-Way Interaction:
Engage guests by inviting responses or questions. Accounts with natural back-and-forth conversation are less likely to be flagged as spam.
h) Limit Reminders and Repetitions:
Avoid sending the same message too frequently. Respect your guests' attention by keeping follow-ups minimal and spaced out.
i) Ensure Contacts Are Saved:
Delivery improves when your number is saved in the recipient's contacts. Encourage hosts or planners to request this from guests when sharing RSVP links or event details.
j) Stay Compliant with WhatsApp's Policies:
Review WhatsApp's Terms of Service regularly, especially if you're using any automations or business messaging features.
Planorama is not affiliated with WhatsApp and does not have control over WhatsApp's moderation policies, spam filters, or account decisions. While following these practices can reduce the risk of blocks or bans, no method guarantees protection. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their communication complies with WhatsApp's terms.
Violating this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws may result in one or more of the following actions:

Restricted Messaging Capabilities: Misuse of messaging features, especially violations of WhatsApp-related guidelines, may result in restrictions on your ability to use those tools within the platform.
Planorama reserves the right to take additional action, including account reviews, reversals of access, or other remedies it deems necessary to protect the integrity and safety of the platform and its users.
