Please read these Terms carefully, as these, along with our Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, statement forms the entire agreement between you and Planorama. If you do not accept these Terms in its entirety, then you may not use the website, or any of our services.
These Terms apply to all users. By accessing or using our website, or by using our services, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of these Terms, you hereby represent that:
You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future updates, as published on our website from time to time.
You are of sound mind, at least 18 years in age, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
If you are receiving access, creating an account or using Planorama on behalf of a business entity or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the entity accepts these Terms.
You agree to ensure that all users associated with or accessing Planorama on behalf of your business entity also comply with these Terms, and you acknowledge that the business entity holds responsibility for all actions taken by its representatives on the Platform.
You have not previously been suspended or removed from using our services for violating legal or policy terms.
You have read, understood, and consented to our Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
a) Platform:
Refers to Planorama, an online event planning tool offered by Planorama Technology Solutions LLP through its website (www.planorama.in) enabling users to plan, manage, and coordinate events.
b) "User" / "You" / "Your":
Any individual or business entity accessing or using the Platform, whether as an account holder or invited collaborator.
c) Account Holder:
The primary individual or business entity that registers on the Platform, manages the guest list, and holds administrative rights over event settings and communications.
d) Collaborator:
An individual or group invited by the Account Holder to access and manage specific event-related functions within the Platform. Collaborators may include family members, planners, or vendors.
e) Guest:
Any individual invited to an event managed through the Platform, whose details may be recorded for guest management and RSVP purposes.
f) User Content:
Any text, images, videos, documents, or other materials uploaded, shared, or posted by users through the Platform.
g) Event:
Any gathering, celebration, or occasion managed through Planorama's Platform, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, and personal gatherings.
h) Services:
All functionalities, tools, features, and support provided by Planorama through the Platform, including guest management, RSVP tracking, bulk messaging, collaboration, guest payments, travel information and task management.
i) Trial Plan:
The limited, no-cost version of the Platform made available to new users for a specified duration or usage cap (such as a 250-guest limit), intended for evaluation purposes. The Trial Plan may exclude access to certain premium features and is subject to change or termination at Planorama's discretion.
j) Third-Party Services:
External services or Platforms that may integrate with or support the Platform, including but not limited to WhatsApp, payment gateways, and hosting infrastructure.
k) Planorama, "we," "our," or "us":
Refers to Planorama Technology Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, which owns and operates the Platform as described in these Terms.
l) Website:
Refers to www.planorama.in, the official website through which Planorama's services are accessed.
To use Planorama's services, users must create an account directly on the Platform by providing the necessary information and accepting these Terms. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
The individual or entity who creates the account and purchases a plan becomes the primary Account Holder. As the Account Holder, you are responsible for managing events, guest lists, and communication through the Platform, and for ensuring all associated users and collaborators comply with these Terms.
Account Holders may invite other individuals, such as colleagues, planners, or vendors, to collaborate on events within the Platform. Collaborators will receive unique links for registration and access. As the Account Holder, you are responsible for assigning permissions and ensuring all invited collaborators adhere to these Terms and use the Platform in a compliant manner.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and restricting access to your account. Planorama is not liable for any unauthorized access or activity resulting from your failure to secure your account. Please notify us immediately at support@planorama.in in case of any suspicious activity.
Planorama reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Platform's security, functionality, or other users. Additionally, Planorama may also restrict access as required by applicable law or regulatory obligations.
a) Event Planning and Management:
Planorama provides users with tools and features to organize, manage, and coordinate events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and personal celebrations. You may use the Platform to oversee all aspects of event planning, from guest list creation to final event execution.
b) Guest Management and RSVP Tracking:
The Platform allows you to create and manage guest lists, collect RSVP responses, and track key guest details such as travel plans and meal preferences.
c) Bulk Messaging and Communication:
Planorama's communication tools allow you to send updates, reminders, and other event-related messages to your guests using your WhatsApp number. You may use these features to communicate event details directly to attendees.
d) Collaboration with Team Members and Vendors:
You may invite collaborators to co-manage events, assign roles and permissions, and coordinate responsibilities within the planning workflow.
e) Travel & Stay Management:
The Platform enables you to manage room assignments, track room occupancy, and provide guests with pre-selected stay options curated by the event host. This feature allows you to collect guest travel details to streamline logistical planning.
f) Integrated Payment Gateway:
Planorama offers an integrated payment gateway for guest transactions related to travel, room bookings, and other event services pre-selected by the event host. Guests can make payments directly through the Platform, which will include a 5% non-refundable transaction fee on all payments. Planorama will facilitate payment tracking to ensure hosts and planners can monitor guest payments in real-time. To set up the account for routing guest payments, hosts or planners are required to complete an additional Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to link their bank account securely.
g) Personalized RSVP Website:
You may use the Platform to design a personalized RSVP website to share event information, provide real-time updates, and enhance the overall guest experience.
h) Centralized Dashboard for Real-Time Event Tracking:
Planorama's real-time dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your event's progress, enabling you to track guest submissions, monitor tasks, and oversee event details in real time.
i) Event Security Management:
Planorama provides options to enhance event security using customizable guest login pages.
j) Free Trial Plan Usage:
If you are using the Platform under a Free Trial, your access is limited to certain features and a guest cap of 250 guests per event. Free Trials may be time-bound, non-renewable, and may not include access to premium features such as accommodation management or payment tracking. Planorama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Free Trial offering at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
k) Accurate Information Submission:
Whenever prompted, you must provide us with the correct, accurate, and updated information. These will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy statement posted on our website. Any misuse or falsification of data may result in restricted access or suspension.
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Without limitation, you are strictly prohibited from:
a) Illegal or Unauthorized Activities:
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to promote illegal activities, or to engage in conduct that violates any applicable laws or regulations, whether national or international.
b) Protection of Minors:
You may not use the Platform to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way, including by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
c) Unsolicited Communications:
You are prohibited from transmitting or procuring the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including but not limited to "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
d) Impersonation or Misrepresentation:
You may not impersonate or attempt to impersonate Planorama, a Planorama employee, another user, or any other person or entity, nor falsely represent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
e) Harmful or Fraudulent Activity:
You may not use the Platform in any way that infringes upon the rights of others or in any way that is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful. Additionally, you are prohibited from using the Platform in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
f) Disruption of Platform Experience:
You may not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's experience of the Platform or that, as determined by Planorama, may harm or offend the company, its users, or expose them to liability.
g) Interfering with Platform Operations:
You may not use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or servers, or interfere with its security or availability, including their ability to engage in real-time activities.
h) Automated Scraping or Data Harvesting:
You may not use any robot, spider, scripts or other automated tools to access, scrape, or monitor the Platform for any purpose, including copying any material from the Platform.
i) Unauthorized Manual Data Collection:
You may not use any manual process to monitor, copy, or download any material from the Platform or for any unauthorized purpose.
j) Malicious Software:
You are prohibited from introducing any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful to the Platform or its users.
k) Security Breach Attempts:
Attempting to bypass or compromise any security features of the Platform, including hacking, password mining, or other illicit means of gaining access, is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Platform, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Platform.
l) Denial-of-Service Attacks:
You are prohibited from attacking the Platform via a denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
m) Data Integrity and Reputation:
You may not take any action that may damage, manipulate, or falsify Planorama's rating, reviews, or engagement metrics in a way that misrepresents reality or harms Platform credibility.
n) Misuse of Guest Contact Data:
You may not harvest, sell, share, or use guest contact details (email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) obtained via the Platform for purposes unrelated to the event or without guest consent.
o) Unauthorized Use of AI or Automation Tools:
You may not use AI-based tools, bots, or third-party automation software to simulate user activity, generate bulk content, or manipulate Platform workflows without Planorama's prior written approval.
p) Other Interference:
You may not otherwise attempt to interfere with the integrity or proper functioning of the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorized under these Terms.
Planorama reserves the right to monitor compliance with these prohibitions and to take action, including suspension or termination of accounts, against any user who violates these prohibited uses.
a) Ownership and Responsibility for Content:
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, share, or transmit through Planorama's Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, documents, and any other materials related to your events ("User Content"). However, by uploading or sharing content through the Platform, you grant Planorama a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, host, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating, improving, and maintaining the Platform. You may revoke this license by deleting your content, except where it has already been shared with collaborators or guests.
b) Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards:
You agree that all User Content will comply with relevant laws and industry standards, including respecting copyright, trademark, privacy, and other intellectual property rights. User Content must be lawful, respectful, and suitable for sharing within the Platform's community.
c) Third-Party Content Permissions:
If you include any third-party content, such as photographs, graphics, or media files, you must obtain prior permission from the copyright owner or other relevant rights holders before uploading it to the Platform. Planorama will not be held liable for any content shared without proper authorization.
d) Harmful Content:
You are expected to ensure that your User Content is accurate, respectful, and relevant to the events managed on the Platform. You may not upload or distribute content that contains malware, spyware, or any other code intended to harm the Platform or other users. Planorama does not assume responsibility for verifying or moderating User Content and is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or misleading information within it.
e) Planorama's Limited Control Over User Content:
While Planorama reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms or that Planorama deems inappropriate, you acknowledge that Planorama is not obligated to do so. All responsibility for content remains with the user who uploaded it.
f) Backup and Data Preservation:
You are encouraged to maintain independent backups of any User Content you upload to the Platform. Planorama is not responsible for any loss of User Content due to system errors, technical issues, or account termination.
g) Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold Planorama harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from or related to your User Content, including misuse of copyrighted material or unauthorized personal data sharing.
As an event planning platform, Planorama provides tools to manage end-to-end coordination of your events including guest lists, RSVPs, travel and stay details. You agree to use these tools responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
a) Event Oversight:
As the Account Holder, you are responsible for setting up and managing all aspects of your event(s) on the Platform, including timelines, collaborators, and content shared with guests.
b) Guest Data Collection:
The Platform enables you to gather necessary information from guests, such as RSVPs, dietary preferences, and travel plans. You are responsible for ensuring that all data collected is relevant to the event and obtained with the guest's consent. You may not use the data for purposes unrelated to the event.
c) Bulk Messaging and WhatsApp Communication:
Planorama allows you to send event-related invites, updates, reminders, and notifications via bulk messaging, including through integrated WhatsApp APIs. When using this feature, you agree to comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Use and messaging guidelines. Planorama is not responsible for any restrictions, delays, or disruptions caused by WhatsApp or other third-party messaging platforms.
d) Collaboration Management:
You may invite colleagues, vendors, or other stakeholders to assist in managing events on the Platform. As the account holder, you are responsible for setting permissions, overseeing team member activities, and ensuring all collaborators act in compliance with these Terms.
e) Travel and Stay Management:
The Platform offers accommodation management tools for organizing room assignments, tracking occupancy, and providing guests with options pre-selected by the event host. Stay features enable hosts to manage guest lodging needs directly within the Platform, offering a streamlined experience for event planners and attendees.
f) Integrated Payments and Tracking:
Planorama provides an integrated payment gateway that allows guests to make secure payments for services, including travel and stay options curated by the host. A 5% non-refundable transaction fee applies to all guest payments made through this gateway. Planorama enables payment tracking, allowing hosts and planners to monitor guest transactions in real-time. Hosts and planners must complete an additional KYC verification process for payout eligibility. You are responsible for verifying all payments, communicating refund terms to guests, and resolving any payment-related disputes.
g) Real-Time Dashboard Monitoring:
Planorama provides a centralized dashboard that offers a real-time overview of your event's progress. This feature is designed to help you track RSVPs, guest interactions, tasks, and payment status. You are responsible for actively monitoring and managing your event details to ensure a smooth planning process.
h) Event Security and Guest Access:
Planorama offers optional guest login pages to help enhance event security. You may use these features to control access to events and ensure secure entry for guests. While Planorama provides these tools, you are responsible for managing access settings and providing secure entry details to attendees.
a) Ownership of Platform and Content:
All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform—including but not limited to the software, code, user interface, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and any other content provided by Planorama—are and shall remain the exclusive property of Planorama Technology Solutions LLP. No part of the Platform grants you any ownership or proprietary rights.
b) License to Use the Platform:
Planorama grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for managing your own events, subject to these Terms. This license is solely for your personal or organizational use and does not grant you the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works; reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or source code; or use Planorama branding, layout, or visuals without prior written permission.
c) Use of Planorama's Intellectual Property:
You agree to not use Planorama's trademarks, logos, or any proprietary information, including images, text, or designs from the Platform, without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of Planorama's intellectual property may result in termination of your account and further legal action.
d) User Content License to Planorama:
By uploading, sharing, or posting User Content on the Platform, you grant Planorama a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform, in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This license is limited to operational use and does not give Planorama ownership over your content. You retain full ownership rights to your User Content and can revoke this license by removing your content from the Platform, except to the extent it has been shared with others who may have not deleted it.
e) Intellectual Property Violations:
Planorama respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted or trademarked content has been used on the Platform in a way that constitutes infringement, please email us at support@planorama.in with a description of the work claimed to be infringed; the location (URL or screenshot) of the alleged infringement; your contact information and legal declaration of ownership. We will respond in accordance with applicable laws.
f) Feedback and Suggestions:
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to Planorama regarding improvements to the Platform may be used by Planorama without any obligation to compensate you. By submitting such feedback, you also waive intellectual property claims over such feedback and grant Planorama the rights to use, modify, and incorporate your suggestions into the Platform or any other products and services they may offer.
By using Planorama's premium services or payment features, you agree to the following terms:
a) Plans and Add ons:
Planorama offers a combination of free and paid plans. Paid plans are priced based on guest limits and feature access, as detailed on our pricing page. All charges and costs will be clearly displayed at the time of each purchase, and by proceeding with the payment, you agree to the listed charges and any associated costs. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of GST, payable in full at the time of the upgrade.
b) Free Trial Limitations:
Users on the free trial tier may access limited features (e.g., up to 250 guests, basic event tools) for evaluation purposes. The free trial is non-renewable unless otherwise stated, does not include premium support or paid add-ons, and maybe discontinued at any time at Planorama's discretion.
c) Integrated Payment Gateway and Transaction Fees:
The Platform enables Account Holders to collect payments from guests for accommodation, travel, and related services. Payments processed through Planorama's integrated payment gateway are subject to: a 5% non-refundable transaction fee deducted from each guest payment, real-time visibility via the event dashboard, payout eligibility only upon successful KYC verification by the host. Planorama is not responsible for any errors, chargebacks, or payment disputes between hosts and guests.
d) KYC Verification for Payouts:
To receive funds collected via guest payments, hosts must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which includes submitting: Government-issued ID and PAN, bank account information, other documents as required by our payment partners. Planorama reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse payouts if: KYC verification fails or is incomplete, fraudulent activity or regulatory concerns are detected.
e) Payment Process:
All payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you: authorize Planorama and its partners to charge your payment method and agree to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers. Planorama disclaims responsibility for errors or issues arising from third-party processors.
f) Refund Policy:
Planorama offers refunds only under limited circumstances, including: major technical issues or outages that significantly impair access and service disruptions caused by Planorama, not third-party tools. To request a refund, email support@planorama.in within 7 days of the issue. All refund decisions are at Planorama's sole discretion and are final. No refunds will be issued for unused services or after the event date. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
g) Currency and Taxes:
All charges and costs are listed in the currency specified on the Platform and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, such as GST. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies on purchases made via the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is subject to Planorama's Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information and guest data. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Platform and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Planorama disclaims all warranties—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
You expressly agree that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

Users are responsible for establishing secure access settings and monitoring guest activity.

As with any technology-based service, there are inherent risks involved, such as technical errors, software bugs, infrastructure failures, and unexpected disruptions that could affect Platform performance or user experience. By using Planorama, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
j) Modifications to the Platform:
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features and services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any consequences arising from these changes.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Planorama Technology Solutions LLP, including its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers, shall not be liable for:

In no event shall Planorama's total cumulative liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, exceed the total fees actually paid by you to Planorama for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Planorama Technology Solutions LLP, its affiliates, founders, officers, employees, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, penalties, expenses, and costs (including reasonable legal and attorney's fees) arising from or related to:
Any disputes, claims, or liabilities raised by guests, collaborators, vendors, or third parties resulting from your actions, negligence, or omissions in connection with the use of the Platform.
If you are an Account Holder who grants access to collaborators (such as co-hosts, planners, or vendors), you are responsible for ensuring their compliance. You agree to indemnify Planorama for any misuse or breach caused by such users under your account, unless it can be shown they acted entirely independently and without your knowledge or authorization.
You will not be responsible for indemnifying Planorama to the extent that any claim, loss, or damage arises solely from Planorama's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or material breach of these Terms.
Planorama reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate fully in the defense and resolution of such claims.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your access to the Platform.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally and in good faith by contacting us at support@planorama.in. We will work with you to try to reach a fair and prompt resolution within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
If informal resolution fails, both parties may mutually agree to pursue mediation or arbitration through a recognized institution in India, such as the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA).
This option is voluntary and will not prevent either party from proceeding to court if a mutual agreement to arbitrate is not reached.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent or injunctive relief from any competent court in cases involving intellectual property infringement, data breaches, or unauthorized access.

a) Independent Legal Advice:
You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before accepting these Terms and are doing so voluntarily.
b) Headings for Convenience:
The section titles and headings in these Terms are for reference only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any clause.
c) Breach and Termination:
Planorama may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform without notice if you breach these Terms or applicable law or you engage in fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited activity. No refunds will be provided in such cases, and Planorama reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary.
d) Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
e) Waiver:
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver of that or any other term. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Planorama.
f) Survival:
Any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive termination (including clauses on intellectual property, indemnification, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect after termination.
g) No Third-Party Beneficiaries:
Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not confer any rights or remedies upon any person or entity other than you and Planorama.
h) Assignment:
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. Any attempt to assign in violation of this clause will be null and void. Planorama may assign these Terms freely as part of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.
i) Entire Agreement:
The Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, together with any additional terms and conditions referenced or posted within the platform constitute the entire Agreement between Planorama and you, relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understanding or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on our website.
j) Force Majeure:
Planorama shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, civil unrest, cyberattacks, outages of third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, payment processors), or technical failures.
k) Updates to the Terms:
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

b) License to Use:
You grant Planorama a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display your Feedback for any purpose, including product development, marketing, and support.

You acknowledge that you are not entitled to compensation, credit, or recognition for any Feedback used or implemented by Planorama.
d) Ownership and Waiver:
You waive any intellectual property rights or moral rights in relation to the Feedback you provide. If such waiver is not permissible under applicable law, you agree to grant Planorama a transferable license to fully exploit such rights.
