Planorama operates on a pay-as-you-go model, offering users flexibility in accessing platform features based on their event needs. To help you evaluate our tools and ensure they meet your expectations, we provide a free trial before any commitment is required.
As a general rule, no refunds are provided after a payment has been made. However, in rare instances where technical issues significantly impair platform functionality, Planorama may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund.
This Policy outlines those limited circumstances and your obligations as a user. By using Planorama and purchasing any of our paid plans or add-ons, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy, which must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
Unless expressly defined herein, all capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the same meanings as assigned in the Terms of Service.
We encourage all users to fully utilize the free trial to explore Planorama's features, guest management tools, and messaging capabilities.
Once a payment is completed—whether for a plan or add-on—no refunds will be issued, except under the limited technical failure scenarios detailed below. If you have questions about our services, please contact support@planorama.in before purchasing.
In rare cases, we may consider offering a partial refund if a technical malfunction has materially affected your ability to use the platform. Refunds will be considered only at Planorama's sole discretion, and only under the following conditions:
Technical Errors:
Platform glitches that result in message failures or misrendered text fields impacting guest communication.
Data Loss or Disruption:
Instances where platform errors cause unsaved entries or data loss that materially impacts usage.
Guest Experience Failures:
Major service interruptions that prevent guests from submitting RSVPs, updating information, or engaging with your event.
Planorama reserves the exclusive right to determine refund eligibility and the amount to be refunded. All refund decisions are final and binding.
Planorama offers three pricing tiers—Small, Medium, and Large—based on the number of guests. Users may also purchase guest add-ons to increase event capacity.
Upgrades and Add-Ons:
Users may upgrade to a higher plan or purchase guest add-ons at any time. These upgrades take effect immediately.
No Downgrades:
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is not permitted once a purchase is made.
Non-Refundable:
All upgrades and add-ons are non-refundable, regardless of usage status.
We recommend evaluating your expected guest count during the free trial period before selecting a plan.
If a partial refund is approved under Clause 3, it may be issued:
As a credit to your Planorama account, or
As a reversal to your original payment method
Planorama retains full discretion over the refund method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, though delays may occur based on your payment provider. All issued refunds are final and non-reversible.
All claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Policy will be governed by and resolved in accordance with the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause contained in the Terms of Service.
We may update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication. Continued use of Planorama after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
